EAST RIVER DINING ROOM TABLE & BENCH
Discovered on the shore of Lake George by the entrance to the East River, with wire wrapped around it, a ‘no fishing’ sign, and a target with several bullet holes, this 150-year-old black walnut was about to be drawn into the East River from a decaying shore line and years of abuse. We harvested it and gave it a new home for friends and family to gather around for generations to come. This handmade dining room table features sap edge sides and bread basket ends.
